Take part in a rotational training program across multiple departments

Perform research, data analysis, and prepare reports to support decision-making
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
Support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects while meeting timelines and budgets
Follow company policies related to safety, quality, and compliance
Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives
