Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma
  • Proficient in the language(s) required
  • Open for flexible shifting schedules

  • Excellent email writing and verbal communication skills
  • Good prioritizing, planning, and organizing skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls in a polite and professional manner, resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible
  • Deliver services as promised, meeting customer expectations
  • Recommend relevant products and services based on customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls
  • Build customer loyalty through strong knowledge of products and services
  • Take ownership of issues, resolve them, and escalate when necessary
