About This Role

IndiaMART is seeking a Tele Associate to work from home. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with clients through telephone calls, verifying information, and updating client profiles.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire to learn and grow.

Requirements

Any graduation
Good working environment at home with dedicated private area to work and table/chair
Computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, and good internet connectivity
Ability to work from Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hrs/day)
Good communication skills
Strong desire to learn and grow

Responsibilities

Pre-call study to determine the current eligibility of assigned sellers
Connect with clients through telephone calls to verify information and update client profiles
Educate clients about the benefits to their business and answer questions
Dispose of cases with appropriate reason codes based on conversations with sellers
Keep clients informed about recorded conversations before collecting information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly business targets
