About This Role

Requirements

Proficient with basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in a 24*7 environment and handle night shifts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage outbound calls and handle different subjects/scenarios
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls and manage data entry tasks
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
Work effectively in a team and contribute to process knowledge
Analyze and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and reports
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience
