About This Role

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) is seeking to recruit apprentices for various roles, including Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, and Graduate Apprentice. The selected candidates will undergo a 12-month training period and will be responsible for contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

The apprentices will be working in various locations across India and will be required to possess the necessary skills and qualifications for their respective roles. The candidates will be selected based on their eligibility, skills, and performance in the selection process.

Requirements

Matric with regular full-time 2-year ITI course recognized by NCVT/SCVT (for Trade Apprentice)
3-year regular full-time Diploma in relevant engineering discipline (for Technician Apprentice)
Regular full-time Graduate in any discipline (for Graduate Apprentice)
Minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS, and OBC-NCL candidates
Minimum 45% marks in aggregate for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
Relevant skills and knowledge for the respective role
Ability to work in a team and contribute to the organization's goals

Responsibilities

Contribute to the growth and success of the organization
Undergo a 12-month training period and develop necessary skills and knowledge
Work in various locations across India
Collaborate with colleagues and teams to achieve organizational goals
Develop and implement new ideas and solutions
Participate in training and development programs
