Job Overview: We are seeking an Associate Software Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, preparing ad-hoc SQL reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze functional requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Application or related discipline
0-1 year of experience in production Support role
Technical Skills: MS SQL, SDLC process, Basic Clinical Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
Soft Skills: Oral and written communication, Professionalism, Ability to learn skills
Attention to quality and adherence, Able to meet deadlines, Multi-tasking, Sound interpersonal skills
Responsibility and accountability, Feedback constructively friendly, Committed and enthusiastic
Comfortable with extended work hours or on weekends

Responsibilities

Analyze the client requirements and review data change requests through internal ticketing systems
Prepare ad-hoc SQL reports based on internal stakeholder requirements
Move Business Object reports in live/production environment
Investigate and provide solutions to the study related issues
Evaluate and provide solutions to the user requests
Plan, prepare and review the technical documentations (forms, reports, tasks and study information)
Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to analyze functional requirements
