About This Role

IQVIA is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join their AI and Technology Solutions team as interns for a 1-year program in Bengaluru.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Application Implementation and Application Support, working across critical product offerings including Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA (Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs).

Requirements

Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of application implementation and support processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Basic Programming skills (SQL/Python/Java) are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist in deploying applications across various healthcare product lines.
Provide L1/L2 support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Participate in testing and validation of applications to ensure quality standards.
Document processes, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
