About This Role

ISRO IPRC is conducting a walk-in interview for Graduate and Technician Apprentices. The selected candidates will be working with the Indian Space Research Organisation, a premier space agency in India.

The organisation is responsible for developing space technology for national needs, exploration, and applications like communication, meteorology, and resource monitoring. The candidates will be part of a team that operates under the Department of Space (DOS) and contributes to the development of indigenous launch vehicles like PSLV and GSLV.

The walk-in interview is scheduled to take place on 10th and 11th January 2026, and interested candidates can apply for the opportunity to work with ISRO IPRC.

Requirements

  • BE/B.Tech or equivalent in the respective disciplines with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10
  • Graduation should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University
  • Diploma in Engineering/Technology in the respective disciplines with First Class
  • Minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized University for non-engineering graduates
  • Maximum age limit as on 20.12.2025: 28 years for Graduate Apprentice (Engineering/Non-Engineering) and 35 years for Technician Apprentice
  • Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/OBC/PwBD candidates are eligible for age relaxation
  • Candidates should be willing to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of space technology

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of space technology for national needs, exploration, and applications
  • Work on projects related to communication, meteorology, and resource monitoring
  • Assist in the development of indigenous launch vehicles like PSLV and GSLV
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the organisational goals and objectives
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of space-related systems and subsystems
  • Conduct research and analysis to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of space technology
  • Present findings and recommendations to the team and stakeholders
