Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and peripherals
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations
Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in system administration
