About This Role

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is hiring for an Executive role in its Bangalore office. This is a full-time position that requires candidates to have core accounting skills and a finance degree or professional qualification.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience and be comfortable with structured, repetitive, and accuracy-driven work. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, and excellent communication skills in oral and written English are also required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling general ledger and sub-ledgers, journal postings, reconciliations, and intercompany recharges, among other tasks. Requirements

Solid accounting skills
Comfortable with structured, repetitive, accuracy-driven work
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
Able to work with deadlines and controls
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Finance degree or professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)

Responsibilities

Handle general ledger and sub-ledgers, including collecting, recording, and verifying financial data
Journal postings, reconciliations, and intercompany recharges
Balance Sheet reconciliations and substantiations
Month-end and periodic financial reports
Develop and utilize spreadsheets, databases, and other reports
Effective interaction with onshore stakeholders
