Requirements

Graduate/Post-Graduation required
0-1 years of similar experience(s) are preferred; Freshers can apply
Preferred experience in recruitment in a fast-moving, high-growth/large-scale organization
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates
Strong candidate/employee/alumni introduction skills
Scheduling and managing candidates interviews ensuring good candidate experience
Managing virtual interview drives & events

Responsibilities

Work with all stakeholders through strong candidate/employee/alumni introduction
Scheduling and managing candidates interviews ensuring good candidate experience
Arranging for the complete interview procedure
Managing virtual interview drives & events
Creating job postings, helping with the screening of resumes and applications, and communicating effective feedback to the candidates
Prepare reports and dashboards, updating data as needed
