Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Technical skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma or other design tools knowledge is a plus
Typography, color theory, layout, and composition skills
Soft skills: multiple tasker, good communication, team player
Little knowledge of designing and interest in creating stuff
Comfortable working on both digital and print creatives

Responsibilities

Help in creating design assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, app creatives, banners, and advertisements
Support print design requirements (posters, brochures, flyers, and presentations)
Adapt and resize creatives as per multiple formats
Ensure all designs follow consistency and brand guidelines
Take feedback from senior designers and stakeholders efficiently
Organize design files and maintain proper version control
Stay updated with basic design trends and best practices
