About This Role

PwC India is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join their Digital Integration Advisory team as an Associate - Software Development. This role is based in Kolkata and offers a prime opportunity for freshers to enter the world of Technology Consulting.

As an Associate - Software Development, you will work at the intersection of Business and Technology, helping clients transform their business using digital tools. This is not a support role; it is a core development and advisory role.

PwC is a Consulting firm first, Tech company second. Your Communication matters as much as your Code. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a consultant mindset.

Requirements

B.E/B.Tech or MCA from a recognized university
Minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation)
Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or C#
Understanding of API Development (REST/SOAP)
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL Databases
Excellent communication skills (Crucial for Consulting roles)

Responsibilities

Design and develop software solutions to solve complex business problems
Work on integrating different systems (using tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom APIs)
Interact with clients to understand requirements and demonstrate solutions
Stay updated with Cloud (Azure/AWS) and Emerging Tech trends
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
