The company is looking for talented freshers to join their Backend and Analytics engineering teams, and is offering a competitive stipend.

As a Software Engineering Intern or Analytics Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on AI-powered talent engagement platforms and gain valuable experience in the industry.

Requirements

Strong programming skills in Java or Python
Understanding of Relational and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with AWS and Caching (Redis)
Basic understanding of SQL and Data Warehousing concepts
Interest in working with large-scale datasets
Strong fundamentals in Data Structures
Good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable backend services using Java
Work with databases like MySQL and MongoDB to write optimized queries
Use Redis for caching and work with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS)
Write production-grade code in Python to build data pipelines
Work with Snowflake for data warehousing and performance optimization
Handle data at a scale of 5+ PB per month
Collaborate with the engineering team to solve complex problems
