The Customer Success Analyst Intern will be responsible for monitoring customer activity, identifying risks, and prioritizing accounts. They will also assist in building dashboards and improving customer success processes.

Monitor customer activity and usage to identify risks and prioritize accounts
Support renewal readiness initiatives by identifying churn patterns and assisting in strategies that improve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
Design and execute engagement activities to improve customer usage and outcomes
Prepare portfolio summaries and present prioritisation logic, risk segmentation, and action plans
Assist in building dashboards and improving customer success processes
