Requirements

Full Time Graduates in Engineering, Business, or Science
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
0 years of experience (Freshers)
Graduated within the last 3 years (Batch 2024, 2025, 2026)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Willingness to work in a hybrid/remote environment

Responsibilities

Work in different functional areas and be actively involved in day-to-day business and projects
Develop competencies, skills, and interests through a combination of assignments
Assist within the relevant department and learn about other aspects of the company
Prepare presentations and complete evaluations and assessments as assigned
Attend all training and information sessions to gain knowledge and skills needed to succeed
Accept, respond to, and implement feedback offered
Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
