About This Role

Wipro is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Desk Analyst L1 to join their team in Bangalore. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for business users who reach out to the Wipro Service Desk.

Your goal will be to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering a smooth support experience. You will be responsible for handling user queries, understanding client systems and applications, and logging and tracking all issues using the company's ticketing system.

Requirements

Any degree from a recognized university
Basic understanding of TIS Service Desk
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Responsibilities

Handling user queries through calls, emails, chat, or service portals
Understanding client systems, applications, and processes
Logging and tracking all issues using the company's ticketing system
Meeting service benchmarks like turnaround time (TAT) and service-level agreements (SLA)
Resolving issues or escalating them according to company guidelines
Maintaining proper records of issues and their resolutions
