Requirements

AI/ML concepts or automation tools
Python, APIs, JSON, or data handling (academic or project-based)
Problem-solving skills
Communication skills
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with global teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying inefficiencies and friction points across support, implementation, and customer success workflows
Contribute to maintaining a backlog of AI and automation ideas
Support development of small-scale prototypes such as chatbots, workflow automations, and dashboards using low-code tools, Python, or notebooks
Collaborate with team members to test ideas and validate use cases
Assist in deploying and monitoring pilot solutions with internal teams
Collect feedback, track basic usage metrics, and support iteration efforts
Stay updated on emerging AI tools, technologies, and trends
