Requirements

0-1 year of experience in the software/tech industry.
Preferably a graduate from 2023 or 2024.
Practical experience in configuring software products.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Customer-centric approach with strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Background in software engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide chat and email-based support to international customers for our SaaS product.
Resolve all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries promptly following support SLAs.
Assist customers with their inquiries regarding the product to ensure satisfaction.
Analyze and address problems from the customer’s perspective.
Act as a consultant to evaluate customer requirements and align them with product features.
Configure the product based on customer requirements.
