Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in the software/tech industry.
- Preferably a graduate from 2023 or 2024.
- Practical experience in configuring software products.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Customer-centric approach with strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Background in software engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide chat and email-based support to international customers for our SaaS product.
- Resolve all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries promptly following support SLAs.
- Assist customers with their inquiries regarding the product to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze and address problems from the customer’s perspective.
- Act as a consultant to evaluate customer requirements and align them with product features.
- Configure the product based on customer requirements.
