Requirements

0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
Proficiency in SQL.
Willingness to work shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with team members across different regions.
Availability for various shifts and on-call support.

Responsibilities

At least four years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or software engineering.
