  • Cultivate processes and relationships to enhance customer retention and loyalty, aiming to boost renewal rates.
  • Monitor customer health scores, satisfaction levels, and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain and update data in customer success management software.
  • Participate in customer-facing engagements.
