Requirements

Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and testing proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Proficiency in using Windows desktop environment and software such as Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.
Flexibility and willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
Demonstrated ownership, drive, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

Execute test plans, test cases, and create test data, ensuring timely, clear, and concise reporting of results.
Demonstrate understanding of project/product functionality and adaptability to evolving requirements and documentation.
Proactively identify gaps in test cases and explore beyond them to uncover issues/bugs.
Implement processes to comprehensively test product changes.
Maintain agility and responsiveness to changing project priorities, swiftly adjusting testing strategies as needed.
Conduct root cause analysis of bugs/issues when necessary.
