As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions.

Responsibilities

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Interpret client issues and design appropriate resolutions based on product knowledge.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve system performance.
