Requirements
- Experience with Node.js for server-side JavaScript development.
- Familiarity with client-side MVC frameworks, preferably React.js or Angular.js.
- Experience with at least one major server-side web development stack.
- Technical knowledge of RDBMS/NoSQL.
- Experience with GIT.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux OS.
- Experience with Agile software development methodology.
- Strong verbal communication, cross-group collaboration skills, analytical thinking, and strategic planning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a belief in teamwork.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for the technical design, development, testing, support, and ongoing maintenance of platform applications.
- Implement and configure application functionality, including user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and complex logic.
- Collaborate with US-based associates to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide support.
- Work with support teams to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
- Provide feedback on processes to drive technology changes and product insights.
- Ensure thorough testing of all work through manual and automated methods.
- Manage multiple tasks and take ownership of personal progress and assignments.
- Contribute to the development of the team’s processes, procedures, and best practices.
