Any graduation degree
Preferred skill: Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic computer skills and knowledge of HR systems
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Interact within own team and with direct supervisor
Follow detailed instructions on all tasks
Make decisions that impact own work, with close supervision
Contribute as an individual to a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
Work in rotational shifts, as required
Support the HR team in various tasks and projects
