Requirements

Strong academic record with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform project decisions
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior management as needed
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
