Schneider Electric is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Bangalore. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving basic incidents and service requests, and escalating issues beyond scope to appropriate support teams.

Requirements

Graduate degree

Responsibilities

Address and resolve basic incidents and service requests
Escalate issues beyond scope to appropriate support teams
Deliver a positive customer support experience through timely communication, issue understanding, and professional handling
Analyze and resolve application, software, and hardware-related incidents/requests
Track incidents and requests from identification through resolution
Document resolutions and update the self-help knowledge base
Provide after hours and on-call support as needed
