Requirements

A CPI (Cumulative Performance Index) of 7 or more on a 10-point scale.
Previous internship or project experience in a technical field.
Experience with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., GitHub, Python, JUnit, Mockito, Agile/Scrum).
Knowledge of databases, APIs, and web services.
Exposure to AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to developing innovative solutions.
Assisting in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications or systems.
Helping analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain high performance and availability of our products.
Participating in code reviews and following best practices in software engineering.
Contributing to the documentation of technical processes and software functionalities.
Engaging in continuous learning and training to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Supporting the optimization of workflows and processes within the engineering department.
Participating in regular team meetings and providing updates on project status and milestones.
Integrating into a scrum team over a 6-month period.
