Requirements

0-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or Q-commerce industries with chat support experience.
Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Prioritize integrity and customer-centricity in all interactions.
Respond to basic PhonePe account and transaction inquiries via phone and data channels.
Follow established processes to achieve timely issue resolution.
Cultivate customer trust through effective communication.
Meet productivity targets on an hourly and daily basis.
Utilize internal resources to facilitate issue resolution.
Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
Propose and implement process improvements.
Educate customers on leveraging PhonePe features effectively.
