Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class customer service and technical troubleshooting to customer queries
Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology verticals
Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet and other technical problems
Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
Clarify customer requirements and demonstrate empathy
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
