Requirements
- Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software applications, including participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality engineering, and technical support
- Identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve software development processes
- Work closely with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals
