Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Familiarity with HR processes and documentation
Effective communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end global employee lifecycle: onboarding to offboarding
Generate verification and offer letters, tailored to country-specific requirements
Process employees change requests accurately and efficiently
Maintain and organize employee folders
Validate and process ServiceNow requests, ensuring all details are included and completed within agreed SLAs
Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure seamless recruitment process
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
