Requirements
- Experience in reconciliation, break management, and regulatory reporting for Nostro, Depot, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Strong accounting skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the specified timelines.
- Conduct daily reconciliations and manage breaks according to established standards.
- Adhere to the AO&R Policy and General Ledger Controls Framework.
- Exhibit integrity, initiative, and commitment in interactions with colleagues and clients.
- Prepare reconciliation templates and discuss open items with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide relevant information for ongoing reconciliation and Management Information activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, principles, and procedures.
- Collect and analyze financial data from various reports and systems.
- Apply analytical skills to derive meaningful insights.
- Support change projects as needed.
- Ensure adherence to SOX and Operational Risk Controls.
- Participate in conference calls and manage customer expectations.
- Identify and implement areas for improvement to enhance customer service.
- Focus on developing and implementing best practices.
- Challenge the status quo and manage quality within your work area.
