About This Role

FIS Global is seeking applications from freshers or entry-level graduates for the role of Cybersecurity Analyst. The selected candidate will be part of the Managed Security Services team, which delivers security services to customers.

Key Responsibilities: The Cybersecurity Analyst will monitor and manage Service Now queues, resolve tickets in a timely manner, and follow standard incident and change management practices.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of information security concepts, security controls, and strong communication skills. This is a client-facing role, and the candidate should be able to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in IT services organization
Basic understanding of Information security concepts, specifically Data Loss Prevention and Endpoint security
Basic understanding of security controls, Network Protocols, Operating System, Windows Active Directory, windows system administration
Strong communication and team skills, and documentation abilities
Education – bachelor’s degree or equivalent
CompTIA N+, A+, Security+, CySA+ (added bonus)
Experience working in a client-facing environment or exposure to customer communication

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage Service Now queues for all customer tickets raised
Resolve tickets in a timely manner and follow standard incident and change management practices
Generate simple reports based on customer requests or incident reviews for security breaches
Work with appropriate stakeholders to assist and liaison for resolution efforts
Follow escalation matrix and work with appropriate stakeholders to identify and route the issues that are not in scope for the team
Provide timely response to customers and ensure quality of service delivered
