Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution
A good academic background with strong knowledge of core engineering concepts
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with engineering tools or software like CAD or simulation tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to changes, and take on challenges

Responsibilities

Support senior engineers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining engineering systems and projects
Assist in research activities and collect data for analysis and decision-making
Perform technical tasks such as drafting, calculations, simulations, and preparing reports
Learn and follow company engineering standards, procedures, and best practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and timelines
Help identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues under guidance
