About This Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting pending bills and invalid deductions, handling client queries, and researching and analyzing disputes/deductions in ERP.

Requirements

Any Graduate
Communication Skills (verbal and written)
High Energy level
Customer handling skills
Ability to work as a team player
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Collect pending bills and invalid deductions on assigned portfolios
Handle client queries via email and calls
Research and analyze disputes/deductions in ERP
Follow up with other departments to get information and supporting documentation for the resolution of problems and deductions
Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners’ inquiries quickly, optimally, and expertly
