About This Role

HCLTech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Counselor to join their team in Noida.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment by making outbound calls to prospective students and handling inbound queries about courses, admissions, eligibility, fees, and the application process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

B.Com / BA / BBA / M.Com / MA, BSc B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, Pharma, or Law backgrounds are eligible
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to meet sales targets
Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Drive student enrollment by making outbound calls to prospective students and handling inbound queries about courses, admissions, eligibility, fees, and the application process
Ensure a clear, professional explanation of university programs and timely follow-ups to convert interest into completed applications
Meet sales targets and achieve enrollment goals
Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment progress
