About This Role

Hexaware Technologies is conducting a walk-in drive to hire fresh graduates for the Non-Voice Process role. This opportunity is open to candidates from the 2024 and 2025 batches.

The selected candidates will be working in a night shift (Monday to Friday) and will be provided with a one-way drop facility. The company is looking for candidates with good English communication skills and who are willing to work in night shifts.

Candidates who are interested and eligible can directly attend the walk-in interview from 24th to 27th March 2026, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the Navi Mumbai venue.

Requirements

Be a graduate from 2024 or 2025 batch
Hold a degree in Arts or Science (UG)
Have good English communication skills
Be willing to work in night shifts
Be ready to join immediately

Responsibilities

Handle backend operations and data-related tasks
Work on assigned processes with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain proper documentation and records
Follow company guidelines and process standards
