Requirements

0 to 2 years of technology-related experience in product/startup companies, working on Microsoft technologies
Good understanding of abstraction, coding, and system design skills
Deep passion and curiosity for new technology
Understanding and experience of C#.Net, WPF, WCF
Understanding and experience of C/C# MFC and object-oriented concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Engage in coding, testing, and debugging software applications under the guidance of more experienced engineers
Actively learn about the technologies, tools, and processes used within the team and organization
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to established coding standards
Work closely with team members, participating in meetings and discussions to understand project requirements and updates
Document code, processes, and methodologies to maintain high clarity within the team regarding project developments
Help in identifying issues in existing applications and participate in the resolution process
Assist in project planning and execution, including time management to meet deadlines for assigned tasks and contributions to projects
