Requirements

  • Degree in CS, IT, Maths, Stats, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with marketing, product, and business teams
  • Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies
  • Ability to maintain clear documentation of campaign analytics processes, methodologies, and findings
  • Batch 2026, 2025 or Any (final year students also eligible)

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Analytics: Support the design, execution, and evaluation of marketing and customer engagement campaigns by analyzing campaign performance data and identifying key success metrics
  • Data Collection & Preparation: Gather and prepare data from multiple sources to enable robust campaign analysis
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign effectiveness, customer response rates using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Looker
  • Insights Generation: Translate campaign data into actionable insights, highlighting opportunities for optimization and recommending improvements to future campaigns
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver analytics solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest campaign analytics techniques and tools
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of campaign analytics processes, methodologies, and findings
