About This Role

Infor is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad. As a Product Support Analyst, you will serve as the main technical point of contact for international business clients who are experiencing issues with Infor's Enterprise CloudSuite.

Key Responsibilities: Investigate data sync failures, API/BOD/BDE payload errors, and assist with core Infor platform components. You will also learn about and support the underlying technological platform components, read and interpret cloud infrastructure logs, and translate technical discoveries into understandable updates for clients.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Industrial, or Production Engineering
Basic conceptual understanding of business operations
Solid understanding of how systems communicate (HTTP/HTTPS, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML)
Ability to write and understand SQL queries
Knowledge of Cloud platforms and SaaS architecture
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Willingness to work in a dynamic 24x7 environment

Responsibilities

Serve as the main technical point of contact for international business clients
Investigate data sync failures and API/BOD/BDE payload errors
Assist with core Infor platform components and underlying technological platform components
Read and interpret cloud infrastructure logs, application error traces, and JSON/XML payloads
Translate technical discoveries into understandable updates for clients
Escalate complicated bugs or cloud infrastructure problems to CloudOps and Core Engineering teams
