About This Role

Infosys is hiring candidates for the post of Process Executive. The role involves handling customer interactions professionally and courteously across voice and non-voice channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a good team player, and have the ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.

The company is looking for freshers who have graduated in the year 2023, 2024, or 2025, with a degree in BCom, BBA, or BSc.
