Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and infrastructure
Basic knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux
Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python or Perl
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of our infrastructure
Participate in the development and implementation of new infrastructure projects
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure management
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
