About This Role

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is seeking to recruit apprentices for its Pipelines Division. The selected candidates will undergo a 12-month training program.

Job Overview: The apprentices will be working in various regions across India, including Eastern, Western, Northern, Southern, and South Eastern regions.

Key Responsibilities: The apprentices will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and operation of pipelines, as well as performing other tasks assigned by their supervisors.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years of age as on 31.01.2026
12th Pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in various disciplines
Full-time Graduate degree in Commerce for Trade Apprentice (Accountant)
Full-time Graduate degree for Trade Apprentice (Assistant-Human Resource)
Minimum 12th Pass (below Graduate) + Skill Certificate of 'Domestic Data Entry Operator' for Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Assisting in the maintenance and operation of pipelines
Performing tasks assigned by supervisors
Working in a team environment
Maintaining safety and quality standards
Assisting in the training and development of junior staff
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
Complying with company policies and procedures
