Responsibilities

Map the potential market in terms of Institutions and HORECA channels and develop direct relationships with major business clients
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for each Distributor for your region
Achieve & track the progress of Redistribution value and volume targets
Ensure product availability across all relevant channels as per Company guideline
Develop distributors into profitable and growth-oriented partners
Conduct performance evaluation of Secondary Sales Force
Ensure Secondary Sales Force is properly trained
