NTT DATA is inviting applications from fresh graduates for the position of Graduate Trainee. As a Managed Services Client Service Desk Administrator, you will support the smooth functioning of the service desk team.
This is primarily an administrative role where you will help manage service requests, coordinate with team members, and maintain proper documentation to ensure quick and efficient issue resolution.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Client Service Desk team
- Handle entry-level administrative tasks as assigned
- Follow proper escalation procedures for critical issues and service requests
- Receive, validate, and log client requests accurately
- Help categorize and prioritize escalation requests correctly
- Maintain proper documentation related to tickets and client information
