Requirements

Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Know when to escalate issues to higher authorities when necessary
Follow a structured and organized approach to resolving tickets
Be comfortable interacting with different stakeholders
Maintain integrity and focus on delivering excellent client service
Pay close attention to detail
Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team
Handling entry-level administrative tasks assigned by the team
Ensuring proper escalation procedures are followed for critical calls
Receiving, validating, and logging client service requests accurately
Analyzing and categorizing tickets based on priority
Maintaining all required records and reports
