PhonePe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete onboarding process for new recruits, developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships with external recruitment agencies, and acting as a primary advisor and "go-to partner" for managers regarding the performance, development, and management of their teams.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
