About This Role

Pitney Bowes is seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Engineer Trainee to join their team in Noida. The successful candidate will be part of the team that designs and develops cloud-based offerings, including collaborating with Architects, UX experts, product managers, and other software developers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science, IT, or a related field, with a passion for building highly scalable cloud solutions in an agile setting. The candidate will be expected to be hands-on and up-to-date with the latest technology stack.

Requirements

BE/B.Tech/BSC/ME/M.Tech/MCA or related graduate degree
Strong foundation in computer science, IT, or a related field
Knowledge of cloud computing, backend development, and QA automation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

Responsibilities

Design, create, and maintain automated test cases and determine priority for test cases
Participate in Agile working practices, such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
Maintain automated regression suites/packages to be compliant with changing requirements and features
Develop and execute Cross Browser testing automation
Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios
Collaborate with Architects, UX experts, product managers, and other software developers to design and develop cloud-based offerings
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code and improve engineering standards, code reviews, and build necessary tooling
