About This Role

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Individual to join our team, focusing on Account Data Management & Enrichment.

In this role, you will support the organization’s data management initiatives to drive better decision-making and provide insights on key accounts and market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis, account profiling, and have experience working with various external data sources to enhance the company’s understanding of industry-specific accounts.

Requirements

Proficient in using data analysis tools (Google sheet, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret large data sets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent with relevant experience required
Strong technical skills

Responsibilities

Account Data management & Enrichment: Maintain, organize, and enrichment of account data at an industry/sub-industry level
Net New Account Discovery: Leverage external data sources to identify new accounts and prospects
Strategic Projects: Concentrate on high-priority projects such as Market Research, Account Discovery, Deduplication, and Org hygiene
Account Profiling: Conduct in-depth profiling of key accounts, including analysing their technology stack, financial metrics, account footprint, and competition mapping
Ad-hoc Data Intelligence Support: Provide ad-hoc support for data-related intelligence requests, including custom reports and data insights
Customer Lookalike Mapping: Use data to identify “whitespace” opportunities by mapping customer lookalikes
Researching & analyzing information to provide strategic insights and support to leadership
